Cancellation Policy

Corporate sessions and private events: The charges for a Wellness session will be applied and billed if the session is canceled less than 24 hours after the scheduled session. A minimum of 48 hours are required to cancel and reschedule the Wellness session.

For Individual/ group sessions and classes: 50% of the class or individual session amount is applicable if canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment. Full payment will be due if canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment. Funds may be applied to future sessions made by appointment if any session is canceled due to an emergency. No refunds.
