Mindfulness
What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing.
When you are mindful, you focus on being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment, without any judgement, bias or analysis. Our mindfulness sessions involve breathwork, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
The goal of mindfulness is to wake up to the inner workings of our mental, emotional, and physical processes.
“With mindfulness, you can establish yourself in the present in order to touch the wonders of life that are available in that moment.”
Thich Nhat Hanh
