Protecting and Shielding
Working as Healers or if you are an Empath, you must have encountered situations where you feel depleted of your energy or feel irritable, tired or have headaches and body aches. These are signs of absorbing negative energy and means that you need to protect yourself more often. Grounding yourself often, visualizing a beam of white light around you working as a shield from negative energies and spending more time with Nature are some ways that you can protect yourself. Use sage, incense or salt lamps around your home or workplace to ward off negative energies. I have been using these more often and can feel the positive effects!
